No keyboard shortcuts for paging/scrolling the output window?

The chat output window does not seem to respond to any of the typical MacOS keyboard shortcuts for scrolling the output. On a keyboard with hardware "page up", "page down", "home" and "end" keys, they seem to do nothing, nor do the up/down arrow keys scroll the output, nor does function-up and function-down.

I feel I must be missing something obvious. Are there really no keyboard shortcuts for navigating the output?

If so, please consider adding them.
